no more excuses

hey y'all!
hb & i got back from our fun trip to savannah last night, and i'll be posting up some pics soon!
we had a great time!

this morning was my first day back on the saddle if you will. i have been making excuses for not getting up and just exercising, and i decided over the weekend that it needs to stop now! my goal for this week is to wake up at 630am and just work out. i have come to the sad realization that i just don't workout when i say i'll do it after work. today i did the 30day shred. i've written down the following schedule - am workouts monday and tuesday, rest wednesday, workouts thursday and friday am, and then rest on saturday morning. i can't wait to get fit y'all!!

my ultimate goal is to go on training runs with my friend ajg! she's going to run a half marathon with her sister!!

  1. hopefully you will inspire me to be better about working out, too! since pole is the only thing i'm doing consistently, i'm getting these ginormous strong arms and need to slim down overall to show that they're muscly and not just LARGE :-)

  2. hopefully when you move back we can go on track dates. i think next year you should consider joining the beginner womens running group that i'm in right now. i think you would enjoy the training as well as the social aspect of it, and all the guest speakers!
